1About these terms
Crash Card Radar (crashcardradar.com, the "site") is a small independent project run by Crash (@crash23411, "we" or "us"). It shows a daily hot list of trading cards, a card and barcode scanner, and market prices. By using the site or the app at /app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2Prices and Hot Score are estimates
- Prices are daily TCGplayer snapshots via TCGCSV, not real-time. A price can be a day old, missing, or wrong. Some games use other public sources (for example Pocamarket or eBay listings), and those prices are estimates too.
- Crash Card Radar is not affiliated with or endorsed by TCGplayer, TCGCSV, eBay, Pocamarket, or any card publisher.
- Hot Score is an estimate, not financial advice. It's a ranking worked out from recent price changes. It isn't a prediction or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything.
- Scanner matches can be wrong. Check the card, set, number, condition, and price yourself before you buy, sell, or trade. Your decisions are your own.
3Accounts
- The home page is open to everyone. Using the app (scanner, full Hot list, My scans) needs a free account with your name and a real email address that you control (sign in with a link, a code, or a password). Marketing emails are opt-in only.
- Keep your password and sign-in links private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- We may suspend or delete accounts or devices that abuse the site or break these terms.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see Contact).
4Fair use
Please don't:
- scrape, bulk-download, or resell the site's data, or overload it with automated requests;
- try to get around rate limits, device checks, or sign-in, or to reach other people's accounts;
- upload anything illegal, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share (scan your own cards and products);
- use the site to break any law or anyone's rights.
The scanner has rate limits to keep the site fast for everyone. We may block traffic that looks abusive.
5Third-party links and affiliate links
The site links to other sites, such as TCGplayer, eBay, Pocamarket, Whatnot, and Linktree. We don't control those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. Some links may be affiliate links: if you buy something through one, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. That never changes the prices or Hot Scores we show.
6Trademarks and content
Card names, images, logos, and game names belong to their owners (for example The Pokémon Company, Bandai, Konami, Wizards of the Coast, Ravensburger/Disney, Kayou, and others). They appear here only to identify cards. The Crash Card Radar name, design, and code belong to Crash. You keep the rights to anything you upload, and you let us process it to run the features you asked for, like matching a scan.
7No warranty and limits of liability
The site is free and provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will be accurate, complete, always online, or error-free, and features may change or stop. As far as the law allows, Crash isn't liable for any loss or damage from using the site or relying on its prices, scores, or scan results. This includes trading or selling losses and lost data. Some places don't allow some of these limits, so they apply only as far as your local law permits.
8Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms. Your use of personal information is covered by our Privacy Policy.
